In-store Click and Collect still available at our Guildford Store
Our Click and Collect service is operational at our Guildford store. The collection hours are 11am-6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday.
Order by 3pm and, if in stock, your items will be ready to collect the same day. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order and a follow-up text/email to confirm when your item is ready for collection. Please do not come to the store before you have received the confirmation email.
You will be greeted at the store main counter by one of the sales team. They will ask you for the details of your order so the item/s can be brought to the front counter for you to pay the balance. Please ensure you also have the confirmation message to hand.
Please be aware when you come to collect your item(s):
- If you are feeling unwell please DO NOT COME THE STORE.
- There is limited parking on our forecourt for the collection of heavy/large items
I've placed an order online but I've decided that I'd prefer to collect in-store. Is that possible?
Only if you have used the Click & Collect option when you checked out.
If you have ordered online and settled in full, your order will need to be dispatched from our warehouse to the address you have specified at the checkout stage. For security reasons we are unable to allow fully settled orders to be collected from the store, only orders where a 10% deposit has been paid.
If you would like to collect an item, please use the Click & Collect option available at the checkout on the website.
If you have already ordered and need to change it to a collection, your initial order will need to be cancelled first. Please use the following Can I Change Or Cancel My Order? form and one of our support staff will be in contact shortly.
