Has it been dispatched yet?
Once you have placed your order, we will do the rest of the work to get it to you. Typically, most orders placed before our 4PM Monday-Friday or 12PM Saturday-Sunday cut-off (subject to change during busier times of the year) will be dispatched the same day, although some orders with a requested delivery day for a later date, items requiring testing or special attention and many international orders will take a bit longer to process.
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us and an order tracker from the delivering courier company. This way you can monitor the delivery, all the way from our warehouse to your front door.

What if there are out-of-stock items?
If you are waiting for an item to arrive, we may have sent you an email with more information about its availability.
When an item is advertised as "Special Order" or "Out of Stock, it means that we will need to place an order with our suppliers to get it in for you. We will typically follow up with an email providing an estimated delivery timeframe.
If an item is listed as being on "Preorder", the next expected delivery date will have been advertised on the website at the time of ordering, and we will normally follow this up with an email in the coming days once we have confirmed availability with the supplier.
Please note that any estimated arrival time is subject to change and is not 100% guaranteed. We will keep you updated regularly on any changes. For more information on lead times, please click here.
If you have an online Andertons account, you can log in to view your full order history. By clicking on the Order History tab, you can view each transaction by order number, order date, status and total value. If you click More Details next to the order number, you can view your order details and any subsequent email updates we have sent you.
