How long will it take to arrive?
We normally state the estimated stock availability on each product page on our website, but you can contact us if you have any further questions. Many out-of-stock items may already be on order from a supplier, but some will need to be special ordered in for you.
Unique items such as B-stock, second hand or serial number tracked items cannot be ordered in once they have sold.
The lead times stated on our website will be the typical ordering in time for a product from that particular supplier. It will normally give you a rough indication of how long the items should take to arrive, but only the assumption that our suppliers have stock ready to ship. If they are awaiting stock, the lead time will probably be longer.

What happens when I place an order for something that’s out of stock?
Once we received your order, we'll order the item in for you if we don't already have it on order. Our purchasing team will liaise with our suppliers to determine its availability and will provide you with ETA updates. It is always beneficial to us to obtain items as swiftly as possible, but when delays do occur we will relay this information to you, and where necessary suggest possible alternative in-stock items.
If one or more item is out of stock will you send the in-stock items separately?
We normally wait for all items on your order to be in stock before dispatching, unless specifically requested otherwise. If you would like to request your order to be split, please click here for more information. Please take into account that you may be charged a shipping fee if the product that is out of stock does not qualify for free delivery.
