We will always endeavour to dispatch orders in full. If you have placed an order with us and some of your ordered items are out of stock, we will not automatically split the order unless you request us to do so.
If you need us to split your order we can arrange to do so, but keep in mind that there may be additional delivery charges and certain terms and conditions to agree to first.
UK Delivery
As the threshold for free delivery for mainland UK deliveries is £149, any split orders totalling less than this amount would be subject to a small delivery fee, usually £4.99 to £7.99 depending on the size of the items (excludes premium options such as weekend delivery).
UK Remote and N. Ireland
Some areas in the UK considered as "remote" by our couriers such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and any other UK Island (except Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland, are subject to a delivery fee for each delivery. Splitting an order being shipped to one of these destinations would incur a fee for each separate delivery.
UK Delivery & Finance
We are able to split most orders settled using finance, but there will be some terms and conditions that you will need to agree to before we can split your order. Essentially, as the agreed sum is a fixed loan from a third-party, you would begin the repayments of the whole finance agreement as soon as the first delivery is dispatched. Any additional delivery fees incurred (see above) would need to be settled separately.
International Delivery
Much like remote UK orders, each separate international delivery would carry an individual delivery charge. This charge varies from order to order, but it can quite often be the same as the original delivery charge, which in some destinations could be fairly costly.
If your out of stock items are due in fairly soon it may be more economical for you to choose alternatives or wait until everything arrives before we send your order.
