Can I amend or cancel my order?
Have you changed your mind about your order? Don't worry - as long as your items haven't been dispatched, we can change or cancel your order for you!
Amending orders is usually very quick and easy for us to do, as long as the order hasn't been (or is in the process of being) dispatched. If there is a difference to pay or be refunded, we can explain the best way to arrange everything. If you would prefer to cancel your order entirely we can normally take care of that for you hassle free.
What about cancelling a finance agreement?
It's worth noting that if you've settled your order using V12 Retail Finance and are wanting to change your order, please bear in mind that as your agreement is a fixed-sum load with a third-party company, we're unable to change the amount you've borrowed. Any difference in price needs to make up the total amount on your agreement so we're unable to partially refund you.
If the new total is greater than the original agreed amount you can resettle the order using a variety of payment methods. If you would prefer to cancel your whole finance agreement we can arrange that for you from our end so you do not have to do anything.
How do I request an order change or cancellation?
To request an amendment or cancellation of your order please submit a request form and one of our support team will be in touch shortly. INTERNATIONAL Customers
We may able to change your order for you, however any additional balance may need to be settled via bank transfer. Any refunds will be issued in £GBP, but due to bank conversion fees the amount you receive back may differ from your original payment. Click here for more information about this.
