Check your Andertons account to see whether your order has been dispatched. For stock availability updates and estimated arrival dates, check our latest emails. We dispatch orders containing out-of-stock items once all items are available. We do not automatically send the in-stock items separately.
How do I check my order status?
- Visit the Andertons website and sign in.
- Open Order History and find your order.
- Check the status displayed:
- New Order: we have received your order, but it hasn't been dispatched yet. It may be awaiting processing or stock.
- Dispatched: your order has been dispatched. Check your dispatch email or courier notification for tracking information.
- Click the order number to view your order details.
Order History shows your order details and dispatch status. We email stock availability updates and estimated arrival dates; they aren't shown in your account. Check your inbox and junk or spam folder for the latest update.
If an order is missing from your account, see Why can’t I see my orders in my account?.
If you do not have an online account, refer to your order confirmation and subsequent emails.
When will my order be dispatched?
For UK delivery orders where all items are in stock, we normally aim to dispatch orders received before:
- 3 pm Monday to Friday
- 12 noon Saturday and Sunday
These cut-off times may change during busy periods. Payment clearance, product testing or transferring stock from our store to our warehouse can take additional time. International orders may also take longer to prepare.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean your order has been dispatched. We’ll email you a dispatch notification and tracking information when we dispatch your order.
What if my order contains an out-of-stock item?
If an item was not in stock when you ordered, we need to receive it from our supplier before we can dispatch your order.
- Preorder Now: We are awaiting stock ordered from our supplier. Where available, we show the supplier’s estimated arrival date. This date is subject to change.
- Out of Stock: We do not currently have the item, but we can special order it from our supplier. This does not confirm that the supplier has stock available; we need to check.
An estimated stock arrival date means arrival at Andertons, not delivery to your address.
Can every out-of-stock item be ordered?
Individual second-hand, B-stock and specific serial-numbered items cannot be reordered once sold. Contact us if you would like help finding an alternative. For items we do not normally stock, contact us before ordering so we can check availability and explain any special-order requirements.
If you would prefer to reserve an eligible item with a deposit, see Can I pay a deposit rather than pay in full?.
When will I receive a stock update?
We’ll email you about availability and include an estimated arrival date if the supplier provides one. This may repeat the estimate shown when you ordered. We normally send an initial update within the first few days, although obtaining information from the supplier can take longer.
Check your latest email for the most recent update we have sent. Supplier estimates can change, and we may not always have a confirmed arrival date. If the estimate in your latest update has passed and you have not heard from us, contact us with your order number.
Can you send the in-stock items first?
We normally dispatch your order once all items are available. If you need in-stock items sooner:
- Before checkout: place separate orders for the in-stock and out-of-stock items. Additional delivery fees may apply.
- After checkout: contact us to request a split delivery.
Splitting an existing order is subject to approval and may not be possible with every payment method, including finance. Additional delivery fees may apply. We’ll confirm whether a split is possible and explain any charges or conditions before arranging it.
How do I track my delivery?
Open the tracking link in your dispatch email or courier notification. Tracking may not update immediately. The first update often appears after the courier scans your parcel at its sorting depot. Check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the email.
You cannot select a specific delivery date at checkout. After dispatch, check the courier’s tracking information for delivery updates. See When will I receive my delivery? for more information.
If the expected delivery date has passed and tracking does not explain the delay, contact us with your order and tracking numbers. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you can't find it, or items arrive damaged or missing, please read our guide for damaged, missing, or incomplete deliveries.
