Once we dispatch your order, we'll email you the information you need to track it after one of our couriers collects it.
This information includes a dispatch notification from Andertons, along with a link to your order tracker containing the tracking reference for the delivery courier company. This will become active as soon as your parcel is scanned at the first courier distribution centre. The first scan usually occurs in the evening of the dispatch date and updates the following morning.
Please note that not all couriers we use can provide a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can find more information about the services our couriers provide here.
