UK Customers
We are able to offer a named day delivery service to most UK postcodes* as long as the items on your order are in stock.
Exceptions may apply for extremely large items which we cannot deliver with our normal couriers. Click HERE for more information about this.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
We will do our best where possible to deliver on the day you have requested (assuming all the items on your order are in stock), however once the parcel leaves us and enters the courier network there is always a possibility that delays can occur. We recommend customers to monitor their tracking closely as the courier company will have the final say about when the parcel is delivered. Please be aware of this if you are considering arranging time off work to receive a parcel, and where possible make use of the delivery options offered by the courier such as "leave in a safe place", "deliver to a neighbour" or "deliver to a local pick-up shop". Weekend delivery options are available for most* UK postcodes if required. Andertons Music Co. cannot be held liable for any loss of earnings due to time taken off work and the courier is unable to deliver for any reason.
International Customers
Unfortunately we are unable to provide our international customers with the option to select an exact delivery date due to courier limitations, but you will be provided with detailed tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
*Some areas, including Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and any other UK Island (except Isle of Wight) are classed as "remote areas" by our couriers which means delivery normally takes 1-3 days to arrive with you after dispatch. This is usually due to the distance between our shop and certain addresses, so please check the list of remote postcodes before placing your order. Premium delivery services such as AM or weekend deliveries are unavailable for deliveries to these areas.
