If a purchase is missing from Order History, it may be linked to a different customer account. This can happen if you used another email address, purchased in store or ordered using different contact details.
What should I check?
- Find your order confirmation and check which email address you used.
- Make sure you are signed in to the Andertons account associated with that email address.
- Open Order History.
- Click an order number to view its details.
An in-store customer record does not necessarily mean you have an online account. If you have never registered online, see I can’t sign in to my Andertons account.
Can you combine my accounts?
Contact us if you think your purchases or loyalty points are spread across multiple accounts.
Please include:
- Your current account email address and any previous email address used.
- An example order number, if available.
- A screenshot showing the In-Store ID and Online ID under Account Summary, if you can sign in.
This helps us identify the account you can access. We may need to verify your details before combining records.
If you cannot sign in or locate these details, explain this in your message.
Are you looking for a delivery update?
If your order is visible but you want to check dispatch, tracking or stock availability, see Where is my order?.
Stock-update emails are not displayed in Order History. Check your inbox and junk or spam folder for those updates.
