Loyalty Points are our way of saying thank you for shopping at Andertons Music Co.
Every time you shop with us, we'll give you points that you can put towards future purchases, in-store and online!
What are points worth?
Points are worth a 1p discount for every point you redeem. For example, if you have 1000 points, you can redeem them for a £10 discount on any purchase.
Every £1 spent is worth 1 point. So if your last purchase cost you £299, you'll then have £2.99 (299 points) to spend on your next purchase.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned every time you spend at Andertons Music Co. Whether you buy a pack of strings or a brand new guitar or drum kit you'll earn loyalty points to spend on your next purchase.
How do I check my balance?
By simply logging into your account, you'll be able to view your points balance displayed in £GBP - so that you know exactly how much you'll get off your next purchase.
How many points will I earn when I shop?
We display the number of points available for a product on the product's page on our website. Normally we'll give you one point for every pound you spend, but keep an eye out for our regular double or triple loyalty points promotions for even more savings!
How do I spend my points?
If you have shopped with us before online, you'll be asked whether or not you want to redeem your loyalty points when you check out. Please make sure that you log in with your existing account to use loyalty points earned online.
If you are shopping in-store or over the phone, just make sure that we know that you have shopped with us before and that you should have loyalty points. You'll be asked if you want to spend your loyalty points on your current purchase or save them for another time.
How long do I have to spend my loyalty points?
As of 1st February 2016, you will have up to 3 years after the date of your transaction to spend the points earned on that transaction. After this date, the points for that transaction will expire. Any points earned before 1st February 2016 will be valid until 31st January 2019.
Will loyalty points show on my invoice?
If you chose to redeem loyalty points for an order, you have effectively chosen to "part pay" using loyalty points. Because split payments do not show up on our invoices, it may look as if your card has been charged the full transaction amount.
However, your bank statement in most cases should show that your card has in fact been charged the correct amount (the value of the transaction minus the value of the loyalty points you redeemed).
