For most orders placed through our website, we take full payment when you place your order. This includes items that are in stock, available to pre-order, or specially ordered from a supplier.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders are paid in full online at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an SMS with your unique 5-digit collection PIN.
If you would prefer to reserve an item for collection without paying in full, please contact us. We can usually arrange this with a 10% deposit, with the remaining balance paid when you collect. For more information, see How Does Click & Collect Work?
Paying a Deposit
In some circumstances, you can reserve an item with a 10% deposit instead of paying in full. This can include items reserved for later delivery or collection, as well as products that need to be ordered from a supplier. Arrange deposit orders directly with our team.
