If you’re having problems with checking out online, please try the following:
- Many browsers use auto-fill which can interfere with some of the data you have entered into the fields. Make sure that you check all of the information in the fields is correct once the form has been completely filled in to ensure that autofill has not changed any data you have entered.
- Make sure you do not have multiple tabs with the same basket. If different things are happening on different tabs when the same online basket is open, this can sometimes cause the secure payment process to go out of sync when you submit the order.
Payment has left my account but I can't see my order
If you have submitted your order successfully through the website and received a notification email from us that your order has been successful, it may not appear when you check your orders on your account page. It can take up to 45 minutes for a new order to be visible on your online account page.
