We are unable to pass special instructions to our couriers but as long as you have provided an email address and mobile contact telephone number at the checkout, the couriers will notify you directly. This information will be in the form of Predict Notifications from DPD or On Demand Delivery notifications from DHL.
We strongly encourage you to engage with this correspondence as, with the exception of orders settled via finance*, customers that do so will have access to various delivery options for their convenience and will also be able to add any special instructions directly with the courier.

Downloading the DPD App
There are many benefits to signing up to the DPD app for all of your DPD deliveries, but most notably the ability to set and save your delivery preferences such as your nominated safe place and any special instructions so you do not have to pass this information every time you order. Signing up for DHL On Demand Delivery
Although not available as an App, registering for DHL’s On Demand Delivery services has many of the same benefits, including saving your delivery preferences and special instructions.
*Orders settled via V12 Finance
Alternative delivery options will not be available for orders settled via finance as they must be shipped to the address specified on the application. You will be required to be home and to receive your delivery as the couriers will provide you with a 4-digit pin code via SMS or email. The courier will request this code in order to hand over the goods upon delivery.
