We can't pass special instructions to our couriers, but as long as you provide an email address and mobile contact number at checkout, the couriers will notify you directly. We will send this information via SMS notifications or 'Push' notifications if you have the courier's App. Please note that couriers cannot call customers at the point of delivery, as this is not a service they offer.
We strongly encourage you to engage with this correspondence, as customers (except those with orders settled via finance*) who do so will have access to various delivery options for their convenience and can add any special instructions directly with the nominated courier.
