We ship orders placed using V12 Finance via DPD Pin Code Delivery, a contactless service to ensure safer, more secure delivery of your order. This service does not offer alternative delivery options, as orders must be shipped to the address specified on your finance application. You must be available to receive your delivery.
How does it work?
You will receive a 4-digit PIN Code via SMS once the courier has received your order. The DPD driver will need this PIN code and will enter it into their handheld terminal. Once confirmed, your parcel(s) will be handed over successfully.
I don't have a 4-digit PIN Code
No problem; the driver can resend it when they reach your doorstep.
Please note that the driver will not be able to hand over your parcel(s) if you don't have your 4-digit PIN available and you don't have your phone handy to receive the 4-digit PIN Code.
The parcel will be re-attempted the next working day, or you can reschedule your delivery to a day that’s more convenient to you. If unsuccessful again, the parcel will be returned to us.
I didn't provide a mobile number when I ordered
You will receive your PIN Code at the email address that you provided when placing your order.
