We all know that guitars have individual personalities, and when you are buying over the website you are taking a huge leap of faith if you are buying without seen the instrument in the flesh. For that reason, certain guitar models where the tops/grain can vary quite a lot, are individually weighed and photographed at our warehouse when they are delivered to us. These will be made available to browse through on the website, tracked via the serial number of the instrument.
Individually photographed items can usually be identified on the website by the appearance of the serial number, individual weight and the ability to select a particular guitar within the same model.
Do please keep in mind that the majority of photos on our product pages are stock images, so the item you receive may differ slightly from how it appears online.
Other examples of products that are individually photographed are B-Stock or second hand items.
When I order, can I choose the instrument I want?
If an instrument is individually photographed, you can scroll through them and when you find the one you would like to order, simply click on the photo and then Add to Cart.
If the instrument you are buying is the last one available and it is currently at the store, you will see the tag this item may be on display under the stock level information. In this case, you may wish to contact us in advance to find out if this is our shop display model or not.

Because we do stock a large amount of guitars on a daily basis, it is simply not possible to photograph and weigh every single instrument we have for sale. If we have more than one of a particular guitar in stock, it may be possible to arrange photos of a couple of different units for you to choose from.
Due to the sheer volume of orders handle and requests we receive, any request for photographs will delay the processing and dispatch time of your order.
If you are planning on coming to the store to collect the instrument, it may be possible to arrange for you to compare a couple of units, if we do have more than one in stock. We are not able to open every single box to check the tops or weights as many of our customers prefer to receive unopened boxes and un-boxing multiple instruments just to check them could potentially devalue them.
