Important Update – Effective 20th May
For your convenience, we have updated our Click & Collect process to make collecting your order quicker and easier. Click & Collect orders are now paid in full online at the time the order is placed.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS confirmation containing your unique 5-digit collection PIN. Simply present this PIN, along with a valid photo ID that matches the billing name and address on the order, when collecting your purchase.
Placing your order
- Add the items you would like to purchase to your basket.
- Select In-Store Collection (Collect From Store – Guildford Store) as your delivery method.
- Select your preferred payment method to pay the full amount online.
- You will receive an order confirmation email. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready for collection, along with your 5-digit collection PIN.
Collecting your order from our Guildford Store
- When your order is ready, we will send you an SMS notification confirming this. The message will also include your unique 5-digit collection PIN, which is required to collect your order.
- Our sales team will ask for your PIN along with a valid photo ID that matches the billing name and address on the order when you collect.
Please allow up to 2 hours for us to prepare your order. As we stock a large range of products, many items are stored at our off-site warehouse and may need to be transferred to our Guildford store prior to collection.
Current stock availability for both our Guildford Store and off-site warehouse can be viewed directly on each product page.
What if an item is not in stock?
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier and keep you updated.
You are still welcome to collect the in-stock items from your order. Please contact us at 01483 456777 in advance so we can provide your collection PIN.
How long will you hold my click & collect order for?
You have 30 days to collect your order.
What if I don't want to pay the full amount?
No problem. If you would prefer to pay a 10% deposit instead, please contact us on 01483 456777, and our team will be happy to place the order for you.
When can I use click & collect?
Our Click & Collect service is only available during our Guildford Store opening hours. For same-day Click & Collect, items must be in stock and placed before:
- 3 pm Monday – Saturday
- 2 pm Sunday
Please note that these times may vary during Bank Holidays.
