Time Frame
Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.**
** Provided that the item is returned undamaged and in the same condition that it was received in. Items should be returned as they were originally packaged as far as possible. Please keep in mind that not all items can be returned. Contact us for details.
The 14 days period starts from the moment the goods are received and it only applies to the original order, in case goods have already been exchanged, during our 30 days exchange period.
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will refund any money received from you, minus any deduction the return may incur or delivery fees, including premium delivery fees, using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of:
(a) if you have received the product and we have not offered to collect it from you, the day we receive the product;
or
(b) if we have offered to collect it from you after we receive the product back from the courier.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days for the funds to be available in your account. This is dependent upon the terms and conditions of your financial institution and the speed at which the process refund requests.
