Our Loyalty Points are our way of saying thank you for choosing us. Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you can earn points to put towards future purchases.
This guide explains how Loyalty Points work, how to earn and redeem them, and what to do if you can't see your points or have questions about your rewards.
What are Loyalty Points worth?
Points are worth a 1p discount for every point you redeem. For example, if you have 1000 points, you can redeem them for a £10 discount on any purchase. Every £1 spent is worth 1 point. So if your last purchase cost you £299, you'll then have £2.99 (299 points) to spend on your next purchase.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned every time you spend at Andertons Music Co. Whether you buy a pack of strings or a brand new guitar or drum kit, you'll earn Loyalty Points to spend on your next purchase.
When do I get my points?
Your Loyalty Points will appear on your account once your qualifying order has been dispatched or collected. If your order contains out-of-stock items, your points will not appear until everything is in stock and your order has been invoiced.
How do I check my balance?
To check your balance:
- Visit the Andertons website.
- Click Sign In/Register at the top right of the page.
- Log in to your existing online account.
- Your Loyalty Points balance will be displayed in £GBP.
Your balance shows the discount value you can use toward a future purchase. If you're having trouble accessing your account, please see our separate guide: I'm Having Trouble Accessing My Online Account
How many points will I earn when I shop?
We display the number of points available for a product on the product's page on our website. Normally we'll give you one point for every pound you spend, but keep an eye out for our regular double or triple Loyalty Points promotions for even more savings!
How do I spend my points?
If you have shopped with us before online, you'll be asked whether or not you want to redeem your Loyalty Points when you check out. Please make sure that you log in with your existing account.

If you are shopping in-store or over the phone, tell us you have shopped with us before and that you have Loyalty Points. You'll be asked if you want to spend your Loyalty Points on your current purchase or to save them for another time.
How long do I have to spend my Loyalty Points?
You have up to 3 years after the date of your transaction to spend the points earned on that transaction. After this date, the points for that transaction will expire.
Will Loyalty Points show on my invoice?
Yes, they will appear as a discount on the product(s) that you are buying.
How do Triple Loyalty Points work?
During Triple Loyalty Points boosters, you will earn 3x the amount of Loyalty Points on selected products than you normally would when shopping at Andertons. That means you'll pocket chunky discounts on your next visit to the website or store.
Usually, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent. 1 point is worth 1p. Triple Loyalty Points awards 3 points for every £1 spent, which becomes 3p.
Example: Buy a selected Triple Loyalty Points pedal for £300, receive 900 points = £9 off your next order.
Exceptions
Loyalty Points can only be redeemed against products in your basket; shipping fees will still apply.
We cannot give loyalty points on purchases of select Yamaha & Line 6 products; these exceptions may extend to other brands or products depending on supplier or regional restrictions.
Why can't I see any Loyalty Points on my account?
There are a few reasons why your points may not be showing.
1. Your order hasn't been dispatched or collected
Points appear once your qualifying order has been dispatched or collected. If your order is still active or contains out-of-stock items, your points may not have been added yet.
2. Your points have expired
Loyalty Points are valid for 3 years from the date they are acquired. Once they expire, they disappear from your account and cannot be reinstated.
3. You've already used your points
You may have already redeemed your points against a previous purchase.
4. Your points are on a different account
If you've shopped with us before but can't see your previous orders or points, you may have more than one customer account. Please contact us to look into this.
