Prices are a guide and don't include strings or replacement parts where required. For more complex repairs, we'll need to inspect your instrument before confirming the final cost.
If we identify additional work after inspecting your instrument, we'll contact you before carrying it out.
We can also carry out repairs and modifications that aren't listed above. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss your requirements.
How Long Will It Take?
We aim to complete most routine repairs within 7–10 business days, although turnaround times may be longer during busy periods.
Repairs requiring replacement or model-specific parts may take longer, depending on manufacturer availability. More extensive work, such as refinishing, may also require additional time.
We'll let you know if we expect your repair to take longer than usual.
How Do I Book My Instrument In?
You can bring your guitar or bass to our Guildford store, where one of our team can discuss the work required and book it into our workshop.
For more complex repairs, our technicians may need to inspect the instrument before we can confirm the work required and provide a final price.
We'll contact you when your instrument is ready to collect.
What Instruments Can You Repair?
Our workshop specialises in guitars and basses. We generally don't offer repairs or setups for other stringed instruments, such as mandolins or banjos.
If you're unsure whether we can work on your instrument, please contact us before visiting.
Do You Repair Amps, Keyboards or Other Equipment?
Our Guildford workshop specialises in guitars and basses, so we don't repair amplifiers, keyboards or other electronic equipment in-store. If you purchased an item from us and it is covered by warranty, we may be able to arrange inspection or repair by an authorised repair agent.
Please contact us with your product details and the issue you're experiencing, and we'll advise you on the available options.
