Can I see prices in my local currency?
All prices advertised on our site are in GBP and include VAT (20% sales tax). If you live in the United Kingdom, you will pay this price. If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, you will not have to pay this VAT, and this tax amount will be deducted at the checkout.
How much will delivery cost to my country?
As the delivery cost is based on your location, the best way to check the total price, including delivery charges, is to add all the items to your online basket and enter your address into the delivery fields at the checkout. Do I need to pay import charges?
If you live outside the UK you will have to pay local import tax and duty to the courier when your items are delivered plus a disbursement/handling fee). Please find out what your local import taxes are before ordering. We cannot refund an order because of these customs charges so please do not refuse the delivery at this point as you will not get your money back. Please be aware that the customs invoice will declare the total value of the goods on the order, and you will be taxed accordingly based on this price. If you have used a voucher or loyalty points to part-settle the order, you will still pay tax on the total value of the goods.

International Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please contact us if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
Your card issuer or PayPal will convert the price you’re charged (in GBP) to your local currency. Please be aware that we have no control over the rate used. For more information, please refer to your card issuer.
Please note that refunds are also only issued in GBP, so due to currency conversion rates, the amount you receive back may differ slightly from what you paid.
International Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty as standard on all new items within the UK. Second hand products come with a 3-month parts and labour warranty.
We do not offer a warranty on goods sold outside the UK. Where applicable, we aim to test or inspect your item(s) before shipping to ensure they are fully functional.
If you have an issue with a product purchased from us, please get in touch, and we will advise on the best way to fix the item. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return any item to us in the UK for a warranty claim, you must cover all shipping fees, including return shipping fees.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a summary of our international warranty terms that you must agree to to continue with the purchase. Proceeding beyond this will assume acceptance of the terms and permit us to check/test your items before dispatch.
International Returns
You can return any non-faulty goods purchased within 14 days for a refund. If you wish to return the parcel before delivery, you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return, including any import/customs charges or recall fees. Before you can arrange any return, you'll need to contact us to discuss your options so we can send you the relevant return information.

How Long Does International Delivery Take?
Andertons Music Co. offers a wide range of fully insured delivery options outside of the UK. Using the world's leading couriers, we ship to over 50 countries at low rates and deliver to many worldwide destinations in 5-10 days.
Orders are shipped with DHL on an insured against loss and damage. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive tracking information by email advising you of the projected delivery time. All orders must be signed for. Please ensure that someone is in to receive your order on the day that it is due.
Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the time it takes to reach you is out of our control. Delays caused due to customs clearance or courier problems can occur, but our support staff is on hand to help if you need us.
