- Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm
- Sunday: 11 am – 5 pm

Checking stock availability
Our website displays real-time stock availability on each product page, showing whether an item is held at our Guildford store or our off-site warehouse.
If the item you want is only available at our warehouse, we can arrange to have it brought to the store. We recommend calling 01483 456777 before visiting so we can confirm availability and arrange a transfer if required.
Stock levels can change throughout the day, so we can't guarantee availability unless an item has been reserved.
Reserving an item before visiting
If you'd like to secure an item before your visit, you can:
- Use our Click & Collect service to purchase online and collect from our Guildford store once your order is ready.
- Call 01483 456777 to arrange a reservation, usually with a 10% deposit, and pay the remaining balance when you collect.
If using Click & Collect, please wait until you've received confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the store.
