It is not uncommon for our customers to have more than one account on our system. If you've been a customer of Andertons for some time, you may have purchased items in-store without using your online account. Similarly, if you've changed your email address, we may have more than one record for you.
If the details you input on an order do not directly correlate with what we have on your existing account, our system may create a new one for you.
How do I check my previous orders?
Firstly, make sure that you are logged into your account under your correct, current email address. If you have any email correspondence from us (order confirmations or ETA updates etc.) this will be the email address we have your account registered under. Any orders under a different email address (or bought in-store) might be on a different account that you aren't able to see when you login.
