Can I see prices in my local currency?
All prices advertised on our site are in GBP and include VAT (20% sales tax). If you live within the United Kingdom then this is the price you will pay.
If you place an order to be delivered outside the UK you will not have to pay this VAT and this tax amount is deducted at the checkout.
How much will delivery cost to my country?
As the cost of delivery is based on your location, the best way to check the total price including delivery charges is to add all of the items to your online basket and then enter your address into the delivery fields at the checkout. Do I need to pay import charges?
If you live outside the UK you will have to pay local import tax and duty to the courier when your items are delivered plus a disbursement/handling fee). Please ensure you find out what your local import taxes are before you order. We cannot refund an order because of these customs charges so please do not refuse the delivery at this point as you will not get your money back. Please be aware that the customs invoice will declare the full value of the goods on the order, and you will be taxed accordingly based on this price. If you have used a voucher or loyalty points to part-settle the order, you will still pay tax on the full value of the goods.

We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal and bank transfers for payments. Please contact the team if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
The price you’re charged (in GBP) will be converted to your local currency by your card issuer or PayPal. Please be aware we have no control over the rate that is used – for more information please refer to your card issuer.
Please note that any refunds are also only issued in GBP so due to currency conversion rates the amount you receive back may differ slightly from what you paid.
Within the UK we offer a 12-month warranty as standard on all new items. Secondhand products come with a 3-month parts and labour warranty.
We do not offer a warranty on any goods sold outside the UK. Where applicable, we aim to test or inspect your item(s) prior to shipping to ensure everything is fully functional.
If you have an issue with a product purchased from us please do get in touch and we will offer advice on the best way for you to have the item fixed. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return any item to us in the UK for a warranty claim, all shipping fees will have to be covered by you, including return shipping fees.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a summary of our international warranty terms that you will need to agree to in order to continue with the purchase. Proceeding beyond this will assume acceptance of the terms and will give us permission to check/test your items before dispatch.
You are able to return any non-faulty goods purchased within 14 days for a refund. Please note that you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return, including any import/customs charges, or recall fees should you wish to return the parcel before it is delivered. It is important that you contact us to discuss your options before arranging any return so we can send you the relevant return information.
We are only able to refund the costs of the items themselves. Any delivery charges are separate and would not be refundable. As we are a UK company, we can only process refunds in GBP (£). How Long Does International Delivery Take?
Andertons Music Co. offers a wide range of fully-insured delivery options outside of the UK. Using the world's leading couriers, we ship to over 50 countries with low rates with delivery to many worldwide destinations in around 5-10 days.
The majority of orders are shipped by DHL or DPD and are insured against loss and damage. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive tracking information by email which will advise you of the projected delivery time. All orders must be signed for, please ensure that someone is in to receive your order on the day that it is due.
Please be aware that once your order leaves us, the time it takes to reach you is out of our control. Delays caused due to customs clearance or courier problems can occur, but our support staff is on hand to help out should you need us.
