Changing Your Email Address
You can update the email address and personal information linked to your Andertons account by following the steps below.
Desktop Device
Select SIGN IN / REGISTER at the top right of our website.
Sign in using your current email address, then select Personal Information from the account menu on the left.
- Update your email address or other personal details, then select UPDATE DETAILS to save your changes.
Mobile Device
Select the
menu icon, then choose SIGN IN / REGISTER from the menu.
Sign in using your current email address, then select Personal Information from the account drop-down menu.
Update your email address or personal details, then select UPDATE DETAILS to save your changes.
Changing Your Address Details
You can add a new address or edit an existing one by signing in to your Andertons account and selecting Address Book.
Please note: Updating an address in your account will not automatically change the delivery address on an existing order. If you need to amend the delivery address for an order you have already placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once we've processed or dispatched the order. Orders placed using finance must be delivered to the approved finance address.
