I've Received My Order Confirmation. When Will I Get My Tracker?
As we are a business that spans two sites, it can sometimes take a few hours to get your order ready to be dispatched. Providing we receive your order on our system before our daily dispatch cut-off time and all of your items are in stock, your order should be dispatched the same day (UK orders only). Please note that payments can occasionally take some time to clear once the order is placed, so please check your "projected delivery date" when you receive your order confirmation. If any of the items you have ordered are located at our store, we will transport them over to our warehouse on the next available van. If an item is the last in stock and has come from our shop display, one of our team will be in touch to discuss this with you.
Once your parcel has been processed for dispatch, we will send you a notification email and a link to your online order tracker. Please note that the tracker link may not update until later in the day (normally once your parcel has been scanned by the courier company at the first sorting depot). The tracker should update each time the parcel is scanned by the courier, so you can monitor its progress as it makes its way to you.
I Haven't Received My Tracker
If you have not received your tracking by the end of the same business day (or the next day if your order has been placed after our dispatch cut-off), there could be a few reasons for this:
- It could have ended up in your junk/spam email folder. Please check there first!
- The order was received after our daily dispatch cut-off time. Please note that orders can take several minutes to generate.
- An item on the order is out of stock. (Click here for more information)
- One of the items could be on display (please check your emails and texts for a notification from our team).
- There is a problem with a stock item on the order (you will be notified if this is the case).
- There is a problem with the payment (please check your pending bank transactions if you can).
If you believe your order has not encountered any of these issues and you still have not received your tracking link, please CONTACT US for assistance.
Please bear in mind that not all couriers we use are able to provide you with a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can find more information as to what services our couriers provide here.
Please make sure you retain your order/dispatch confirmation email(s) for reference. You can also login to your account to find additional tracking information and order updates.
If you are an overseas customer, there is a lot more preparation that needs to be done before we can dispatch your order. As well as obtaining all the correct paperwork that the parcel will need at customs, we test a lot of items before we send them.
