Extended Christmas Returns
- Any purchase made between the 25th of November - 25th of December is entitled to an extended refund or exchange.
- Refund requests must be received by the 8th of January by 6pm (GMT) and exchange requests must be received by the 22nd of January by 6pm (GMT)
Please check the items thoroughly upon delivery for any signs of damage. If you believe any items have been damaged in transit, please contact us here - within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by shipping or negligence if reported after 48 hours of the goods being delivered and the extended returns period will not be valid.
Delivery Times & Dates
If your purchase qualifies for next day delivery and is placed before 12pm (Noon) on Thursday 23rd, we'll aim to get your delivery to you on Friday 24th. Any orders placed after these times are likely to be delivered after Thursday 30th. This is due to limited working hours and courier resource over the holiday period. We strongly advise monitoring the progress of your delivery using the tracking link that is included with your dispatch notification email to find out when your order will be delivered.
