Here at Andertons, we will do our best to provide ETA updates to keep everyone up to date with the progress of their orders.
We have a dedicated team of people who speak regularly with all of our suppliers to keep track of the out of stock items people have ordered. Their job is to monitor these expected arrival dates and near to the time they will chase the suppliers to see if we are still on track. Sometimes our suppliers will advise us that the predicted arrival dates have changed and our team will contact via email any customers waiting for these items to provide an updated ETA. The ETAs we quote our customers are always for delivery to our warehouse.
Due to the the complexity of supply chains, dates that we are given by our suppliers are always subject to change until the items physically arrive with us. The information we receive is usually passed on by the supplier from the manufacturer and usually we aren't given specific reasons for delays. Typically, delays will be the result of logistical problems or supply and demand.
It is always in our best intentions to provide the most accurate arrival dates based on the information we have and we try to keep our customers as up-to-date as possible in regards to their order status, however Andertons Music Company does not have any influence or control over the arrival times of products.
Our support team are always on hand to assist our customers if they need any advice on alternative products.
