Have you placed an order that is out for delivery, but is no longer required?
In most circumstances if an order has already been dispatched that you no longer require, it is preferable to contact our team first so we can advise the best way to return it to us. We will need to book your return on our system so that we can expect your parcel back and process your refund as quickly as possible.
You are welcome to refuse delivery when the courier arrives with your parcel, but if the reason for the return is preferential you will be charged for the return journey. This will normally be deducted from your refund. Please click here for more information on returns charges.
If there is another reason for the return (previous problem with a delivery etc) there may be no charge for the return, but please let us know beforehand so we can advise on whether this is the best method to return your order.
