Due to social distancing and working Covid-safe, we can only have a limited number of customers in the store and have a limited number of demonstration areas, so if you wish to try an item in store we strongly advise you to pre-book an appointment. This will ensure you do not have a wasted journey. For more information click here.
Please note: The store is closed for general browsing and store-front parking is extremely limited (click here for alternatives).
If it is in stock then yes! Even when items are at our Guildford warehouse, it only takes 30-40 minutes for us to get items delivered to the store for you to try them out.
We provide detailed stock information online, including whether stock is at our Guildford store, online warehouse or at our Guildford warehouse. When you are viewing a product webpage on our site, click on what does this mean? and a pop-up will show you exactly where the stock is located.
Unfortunately, if an item is indicated to be ONLY at our online warehouse we won't be able to get it to the store on the same day. In this case, please contact us for any requests before making your trip.
