We'll hold any reserved items for you for up 30 days, but If in the meantime you wish to discuss anything to do with your order, our support team are on hand to help you with most enquiries you may have.
How long can you hold my item for?
When you have reserved an item that is in stock, we will keep hold your item for you and take it off sale online and in-store. You have 30 days to collect or settle your order, but if you need to discuss extending this period slightly we may be able to arrange this for you.
Can I change my item?
If you have changed your mind and would like to discuss changing a reserved item for something else, we can normally amend your order instantly. Please note that there may be certain restrictions with regards to what we are able to change, depending on the payment method used to pay originally and whether the order is to be collected or dispatched.
To discuss an item you have reserved with us please use the online contact form referencing your order number, and one of our support team will be in touch shortly.
If you have a reservation for an item that is currently out of stock, our purchasing team will provide you with regular ETA updates when they speak to the delivering supplier. These are usually sent via email, so please check your inbox for the latest update from us. If you can't see if it first, please check your junk mail folder as they can occasionally find their way in there!
Can I amend my order?
It is normally not a problem if you would like to swap an item on your order, provided it is not something that we have ordered specially for you, that we would not normally stock. In these rare cases, amending items would be at a manager's discretion.
If there is an outstanding balance to settle we can talk you through the payment options, or if there is a difference to be refunded we can arrange that for you. Please note that for orders settled using V12 Finance, we can change the items but not the total amount you have borrowed.
