If an item is on our site but not currently in stock, you can still place an order. Many of the items that we offer can either be ordered in specifically from a supplier, or simply haven't arrived in stock yet. Either way, you're able to place an order at any time.
Our website will normally give you a rough indication of how long the items should take to arrive on the assumption that our suppliers have stock. If they are awaiting stock, the lead time can be longer than usual.
What happens when I place an order for something that’s out of stock?
We'll order it in for you and let you know when it arrives - it's as simple as that!
Our purchasing team will speak to our suppliers to make sure we can order your item in and will provide you with regular ETA updates. It is always beneficial to us to obtain items for our customers as swiftly as possible, but when delays do occur we are on hand to relay this information to you, and where necessary suggest possible alternative in-stock items.
If one or more item is out of stock will you send the in-stock items separately?
We normally wait for all items on your order to be in stock before dispatching, unless specifically requested otherwise. If you would like to split your order, please check out the Can I Split My Order? article for more information.
