All new items purchased from Andertons Music Co. carry a 12 month UK guarantee by default. Some manufacturers extend this warranty beyond 12 months and a few allow for extended warranties to be purchased directly from themselves.
Do please keep in mind that some manufacturers offer a different warranty term in different countries, so please always check with us as to what the UK warranty is, as it may differ from the information provided on the manufacturers website or the product's manual.
Andertons can take care of the admin of any standard warranty issue for you. If an item is faulty and under warranty, we can collect it from you, send it off to be repaired and return it to you, usually at no extra cost. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for packing any items being sent back, even under warranty and Andertons would not cover any packaging fees or provide any free of charge packaging.
Warranty Information For Customers Outside the UK
As we are a UK retailer, we are only able to offer warranty cover within the UK, and so if a fault were to occur we would suggest a local repair at your own cost would be the easiest way to fix. Where applicable, we aim to test or inspect your item(s) prior to shipping to ensure everything is fully functional.
International customers are still able to return their goods within our 14 day refund policy but all return costs would be covered by you, including any import or customs charges.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a summary of our international warranty terms that you will need to agree to in order to continue with the purchase. Proceeding beyond this will assume acceptance of the terms and will give us permission to check/test your items before dispatch.
