By default, our website will take a full payment at the point of sale, unless you select “Click & Collect” where you will only be charged a 10% deposit to reserve the item(s).
The reason we take a full settlement when your order is placed is because we do not store customer payment details for security reasons. It is not an unusual practice for online retailers to take the payment at the point of purchase regardless of whether the items are in stock or not.

If you have already placed an order, we may be able to refund you 90% of the total paid if you want to retain a deposit to keep your order in place. This would need to be resettled before the order could be shipped.
