Has it been dispatched yet?
Once you have placed your order, we will do the rest of the work to get it to you. Typically, most orders placed before our 2pm cut-off will be dispatched the same day, although some orders with a requested delivery day for a later date, items requiring testing or special attention and many international orders will take a bit longer to process.
Once dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us and an order tracker from the delivering courier company. This way you can monitor the delivery, all the way from our warehouse to your front door.

What if there are out-of-stock items?
If you have ordered something that is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of this, in case you did not realised at the time of ordering. Our dedicated purchasing team speak to our suppliers on a daily basis to make sure we can get hold of everything our customers are waiting for, as quickly as possible.
If you are waiting on an item to arrive, chances are we have sent you an email that will give you some more information about its availability.
When an item is advertised as "Special Order" or "Out of Stock", it means that we will need to place an order with our suppliers to get it in for you. We will normally follow it up with an email, with an estimated delivery time frame.
If an item is listed as being on "Preorder", the next expected delivery date will have been advertised on the website at the time of ordering and we will normally follow this up with an email in the coming days once we have confirmed availability with the supplier.
Please note that any estimated time of arrival quoted is subject to change and by no means 100% guaranteed, but we will keep you updated on a regular basis with regards to any changes. For more information on lead times please click here for more information.
If you have an online Andertons account, you can log-in and see your entire order history with us. By clicking on the Order History tab, you can view each transaction by order number, order date, status and total value. If you click on More Details next to the order number, you can view you the entire details of your order and any subsequent email updates we have sent you.
