December & Christmas Extended Returns Policy
Any purchase made between the 1st-25th of December is entitled to extended returns or exchange. Refund requests must be made by the 8th of January by 6pm (GMT), and Exchange requests must be made by the 22nd of January by 6pm (GMT). These terms are only acceptable for non-faulty products, faulty items must be returned using the standard returns policy.
Time Frame
Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.**
** Provided that the item is returned undamaged and in a condition that indicates you have subjected it to normal use only. Items should be returned as they were originally packaged as far as is possible. Please keep in mind that not all items can be returned. Contact us for details.
The 14 days period starts from the moment the goods are received and it only applies to the original order, in case goods have already been exchanged, during our 30 days exchange period.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving your returned item(s).
