We are able to provide next-working-day (Monday-Friday) deliveries to most UK postcodes* provided all the items on your order are in stock at the time and we receive your order successfully before 4 p.m. Monday - Friday or 12 p.m. Saturday - Sunday.
Orders with a value lower than £149 will be subject to a standard delivery fee. Orders to non-remote, mainland UK areas worth over £149 qualify for free standard delivery.
We also provide weekend delivery options for most* mainland UK addresses at a cost of £9.99. Order before 4 p.m. Friday and receive your order on Saturday or before midday on Saturday to receive it on Sunday.
Please keep in mind that we do not split orders unless you request us to (additional terms and delivery costs may apply), so please pay extra attention to the product stock levels on the website when you place your order.
Other premium delivery services (such as weekend or AM deliveries) are available at the online checkout stage. Exceptions may apply for extremely large items which we cannot deliver with our normal couriers.
*Some areas, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and any other UK Island (except Isle of Wight) are classed as "remote areas" by our couriers which means delivery normally takes 1-3 days to arrive with you after dispatch. see Remote Area Delivery Information.
Bank Holiday Delivery
We're unable to offer normal next-working-day delivery on Bank Holidays, as many of our suppliers and couriers operate a reduced service. In summary:
- Bank Holiday Mondays - if you've ordered on the Saturday or Sunday prior and selected next-day delivery, your order won't be delivered on the Monday - you can expect it to arrive from Tuesday onwards.
- Bank Holiday Fridays - if you've ordered on the Thursday prior, your order won't be delivered on the Friday - you can expect your order to arrive on or after the Saturday.
