When we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing the information required to track it, once it has been collected by one of our couriers.
This information we provide includes a dispatch notification from Andertons along with a link to your order tracker, containing the tracking reference for the delivering courier company. This will become active as soon as your parcel is scanned at the first courier distribution centre. The first scan normally occurs in the evening of the dispatch date and will update the following morning.
Please bear in mind that not all couriers we use are able to provide you with a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery. You can find more information as to what services our couriers provide here.
