In-store Click and Collect now available at our Guildford Store (11am-5pm)
As part of our phased re-opening, we are now restarting our Click and Collect service. It will run from 11am-5pm each day. The front of the store will be open between these hours every day for the collection of items reserved online or by phone ONLY.
Order by 3pm the previous day and, if in stock, your items will be ready to collect the following day. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order and a follow-up text/email to confirm when your item is ready for collection. Please do not come to the store before you have received the confirmation email.
Due to social distancing and changes to the store, you'll be greeted at the store entrance by one of the sales team. They will ask you for the details of your order so it can be ready for collection when you enter the store to pay. Please ensure you also have the confirmation message to hand.
Dependant on the number of customers, you may be required to queue outside the store in order for us to adhere to current social distancing guidelines.
Please be aware when you come to collect your item(s):
- If you are feeling unwell please DO NOT VISIT THE STORE.
- Due to the queuing system, there is no parking on the forecourt.
- Please come for your appointment/collection alone. Only one person per visit will be able to queue and enter the store.
- We will be accepting card payments only.
I've placed an order online but I've decided that I'd prefer to collect in-store. Is that possible?
Only if you have used the Click & Collect option when you checked out.
If you have ordered online and settled in full, your order will need to be dispatched from our warehouse to the address you have specified at the checkout stage. For security reasons we are unable to allow fully settled orders to be collected from the store, only orders where a 10% deposit has been paid.
If you would like to collect an item, please use the Click & Collect option available at the checkout on the website.
If you have already ordered and need to change it to a collection, your initial order will need to be cancelled first. Please use the following Can I Change Or Cancel My Order? form and one of our support staff will be in contact shortly.
